Toes-to-bar can be one of the most frustrating skills. It requires incredible strength, technique, mobility, and muscular endurance, and if one component is weak, the entire movement breaks.
Our 5-week toes-bar program was written by THE functional fitness gymnastics expert Pamela Gagnon to systematically address each element and build them from the ground to the bar while learning to keep tension in your system throughout the movement.
This program aims to have you stringing multiple unbroken sets of toes to the bar together without the dreaded middle kip or risk of a shoulder injury.
