Pamela is an experienced CrossFit games athlete and a leader in the world of gymnastics technique. Her programming is used across the country by athletes of all levels. She knows first hand what it takes to succeed as an athlete.

  • We suggest being about to hit at least 50% of our ankle mobility test before doing the squat mobility. If you don’t have that, start with our Ankle Mobility Overhaul program first.
  • Pass our overhead mobility test, if you fail that please start with our Overhead Mobility Overhaul

Equipment needed:

  • PVC
  • 2.5-5lb plates
  • Barbell
  • DBs or KBs
  • Resistance Bands
  • Foam Roller

Program Length:

  • Five workouts per week lasting 10-15 minutes
  • Four weeks of workouts
