Performance Training Done the Right Way
As a physical therapist, I see injuries happen from poor form and overtraining all the time. One crucial component to good form is thoracic mobility. Many athletes know the importance of building upper back mobility but don’t have an organized plan to progressively increase mobility. Our program balances strength work, technique drills, and prehab exercises to unlock your mobility!

- Foam Roller
- 2.5-5lb plates
- Barbell (sub with DBs/KBs if needed)
