As a physical therapist, I see injuries happen from poor form and overtraining all the time. Athletes attempting pistol squats without a solid plan get injured far too often, leading to them halting their skills training and ultimately not reaching their goals. Our program balances strength work, technique drills, and prehab exercises to build you up without breaking you down!

- We suggest being about to hit at least 75% on our ankle mobility test before doing the squat mobility. If you don’t have that, start with our Ankle Mobility Overhaul program first.
- Ability to perform a reverse lunge while holding 50% of your bodyweight
- Large resistance band loops
- Dumbbells or kettlebells
- Four workouts per week lasting 10-15 minutes
- Four weeks of workouts
