Prerequisites:
  • We suggest being about to hit at least 75% on our ankle mobility test before doing the squat mobility. If you don’t have that, start with our Ankle Mobility Overhaul program first.
  • Ability to perform a reverse lunge while holding 50% of your bodyweight
Equipment needed:
  • Large resistance band loops
  • Box
  • Dumbbells or kettlebells
Program Length:
  • Four workouts per week lasting 10-15 minutes
  • Four weeks of workouts
