Gymnastics programming for the box
This twice-per-week program is designed for functional fitness gyms that want to run group strength & conditioning classes focused on developing gymnastics skills with a sprinkle of CrossFit-style workouts. Workouts are designed to last approximately one hour and have coaches' notes for easy implementation into class.Gyms that sign up for our Gymnastics Box Programming get 50 licensees to this program so that gym members may sign up and do the workouts separately if they cannot attend the class workout.
