Performance Training Done the Right Way
As a physical therapist, I see injuries happen from poor form and overtraining all the time. One crucial component to good form is hip mobility. Many athletes know the importance of building ankle mobility but don’t have an organized plan to progressively increase mobility. Our program balances strength work, technique drills, and prehab exercises to unlock your mobility!

Pamela is an experienced CrossFit games athlete and a leader in the world of gymnastics technique. Her programming is used across the country by athletes of all levels. She knows first hand what it takes to succeed as an athlete.
Program Details:
- Five days per week
- Five weekly workouts lasting 10-12 minutes
- If you have specific areas of mobility limitation, we recommend first starting with our specific joint programs
Equipment needed:
- KB or DB
- Bench
- Box
- Foam Roller
- Small and medium sized resistance band loops
