The functional fitness athlete sees high volumes of shoulder work in their workouts. As a physical therapist, I see shoulder injuries happen all the time in athletes lacking rotator cuff strength as their foundation for strong fitness. Randomly throwing band shoulder exercises won’t build the strength and stability you need for long-term healthy shoulders. Our program balances strength work, technique drills, and prehab exercises to build you up without breaking you down!
