1. Build the foundation
Having a big engine on the rower is critical to success as a fitness athlete. This program will help:
- Step-by-step instructions & workouts
- 30-45 minutes workouts
- Build your aerobic base for all workouts.
2. Develop Levels To Your Endruance
Anyone can be a YouTube fitness coach. Coach Johnny B is is a level 3 CrossFit trainer with 10 years of experience. He has his masters in sports science and rehab science from PennWest, and is an Ironman and a sub-three-hour marathoner. His tried and true approach to endurance training is guaranteed to give your levels in your rowing.
3. Crush Rowing In All MetCons
When you finish this program, you will be one of the strongest rowers in your gym. The program will help you
