Once you’ve dealt with a bad case of knee pain you know you never want to have it again. Building strength and mobility in your hips, quads, and hamstrings is the key to long term knee health for those wanting to reduce the risk of knee pain from returning.
Whether you are looking for continued accessory strength work after a surgery, just finished rehabbing patellofemoral pain, or are tired or repeated bouts of knee tweaks, we have you covered with this plan!
With the right drills, prehab exercises, and guidance, you can build your knee strength to rapidly improve your performance.
And we’ve got the step-by-step guidance you need to take your training to the next level!
What will the Bulletproof Knees program deliver?
We will guide you through drills that will improve your hip, quad, and hamstring strength in the areas most commonly limited in those dealing with repeated knee issues. The variety of drills will build your knees into one of the strongest areas of your body.
This program is designed to be added to the end of your current strength & conditioning plan. The accessory movements programmed will build size and strength in the muscles of your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The volume and intensity of exercises has been programmed such that it won’t interfere with your programming of the “major lifts” such as squats and deadlifts you’re currently doing.
