Prerequisites:
  • Be able to run 3 miles continuously
Equipment needed:
  • A Garmin, Apple Watch or other device that you can program run distances and paces into. The I Run Smooth app works great for smart phones if you don’t have a wearable.
Program Length:
  • Three days per week for six weeks
